कितना न्यायसंगत है ‘न्याय’?

किसी भी अर्थव्यवस्था के समुचित संचालन में तरलता का बहुत बडा योगदान होता है लेकिन ये तरलता अपने आप में एक तरह की दुधारी तलवार होती है। यदि अर्थव्यवस्था में तरलता बहुत अधिक हो तो भी खतरा है और बहुत कम हो तो भी खतरा है (Ghossoub & Reed, 2010)। इसलिए सरकार और केन्द्रीय बैंक विभिन्न माध्यमों से तरलता को उपयुक्त स्तर पर बनाए रखने के लिए लगातार प्रयासरत रहते हैं। हालाँकि अर्थव्यवस्था में तरलता प्रबन्धन की उत्तरदायित्व केन्दीय बैंक के पास होता है लेकिन सरकार अपनी राजकोषीय नीति के द्वारा अर्थव्यवस्था में तरलता को बढ़ाने की क्षमता रखती है।

NYAY: Is It Deliverable?

It’s engaging and difficult job to maintain adequate level of liquidity in the economic system so as it encourages growth in economic activities but not having any adverse impact on inflation and interest rate. For this central banks in consultation with the governments, sometimes infuses liquidity and sometimes sucks it out as money supply in the system should neither be very high to induce inflation nor very low  to restrict growth in economic activities. However political endeavors always may not be so rationale to keep these facts in mind when making promised for political gains.

अडानी समूह: सत्ता और पूँजी

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने अडानी समूह को माइनिंग का ठेका दिया है। ये वही अडानी समूह है जिसके नाम पर विपक्ष सस्ती राजनीति और मीडिया सस्ती रिपोर्टिंग करती रही है और ये सब आगे भी चलता रहेगा क्योंकि राजनीति और मीडिया टीआरपी के भरोसे चलता है। और टीआरपी कम होना मतलब खत्म हो जाना और मरना कौन चाहता है। 

ये सब जानते हैं कि सत्ता और पूँजी में अटूट संबंध होता है और सार्वभौमिक और सार्वकालिक सत्य है। सत्ताएँ बदल जाने से व्यवसायिक हित नहीं बदल जाते। हाँ चेहरे जरूर बदल जाते हैं कभी सत्ता के तो कभी व्यवसाय के और कभी दोनों ही के, मगर नहीं बदलता है तो निहित हित। ये हित पारस्परिक, सामाजिक और राष्ट्रीय; इन तीनों ही परिप्रेक्ष्य में होता है। व्यवसायिक समूह को लाभ कमाना है और सरकार को विकास करना है और रोजगार भी देना है। ये तभी संभव हो सकता है जब दोनों केंद्र एक ही दिशा में काम करें।

चुप मत रहिए; मुखर होइए इन चुप्पियों के खिलाफ

जिस तरह पुलवामा हमले के समय कुछ लोगों ने जान बुझकर चुप्पी लगा रखी थी वैसे ही न्यूजीलैंड के आतंकी हमले को लेकर कुछ लोगों ने चुप्पी साध रखी है। और इस तरह की चुप्पियों का सिलसिला चल पड़ा है। ये कदाचित ठीक नहीं है। आप की ये स्ट्रैटजिक चुप्पी इस देश और समाज पर बहुत भारी पडेगी। 

अभी तक आतंकवाद की पौधशाला इस्लाम के अगल-बगल घूम रही थी परन्तु इसने अब ईसाइयत को भी अपने जद में लेना शुरू कर दिया है। यह प्रतिक्रिया स्वरूप हो रहा है और इस खतरनाक प्रतिक्रिया को विरुद्ध कहीं ढँग से आवाज तक नहीं उठ रही है इस देश में। ये प्रतिक्रियाएँ और चुप्पियाँ शायद कुछ समय बाद सनातन के साथ-साथ अन्य धर्म भी इसकी जद में लेना शुरू कर दें तो हैरान होने जैसी बात नहीं होगी तब। ये इस्लाम के नाम के सहारे फैले आतंकवाद की प्रतिक्रिया करते करते लोग उसी विचार को अपनाते जा रहे हैं। इसे आतंकवाद का विरोध करते-करते आतंकवादी हो जाना ही कहेंगे और ये कहीं से भी समाधान नहीं हो सकता। 

सोशल मीडिया के वीरों को एक पत्र

हे भारत के वीरों!

आप थमकर जरा सोच लें फिर अजहर मसूद के बीमार या मरने पर खुशियाँ जाहिर करें। ध्यान से सुनिए। ना ही वो बीमार है और ना ही वो मरा है। वह सुरक्षित किसी सेफ हाउस में अगले कदमों की तैयारी कर रहा है। ये अफवाह सिर्फ इसलिए फैलाई जा रही है ताकि कल यदि भारत युद्ध खत्म करने के बदले उसकी माँग करे तो पाकिस्तान कह सके कि वह तो मर चुका है। पुलवामा का हमला कोई छोटी घटना है। हालाँकि आप समझेंगे नहीं फिर भी निवेदन है कि आप तनिक सोच भी लिया करें। युद्ध सिर्फ सीमाओं पर ही नहीं लड़ा जाता है बल्कि यह चौतरफा मोर्चों पर लड़ा जाता है।

एडिटेड वीडियो: प्रोपगैंडा वॉर

नवनियुक्त शान्ति के नये पैगंबर इमरान खान ने विंग कमांडर अभिनंदन का एक एडिटेड वीडियो शान्ति संस्थान आईएसआई के द्वारा अपने भारतीय शान्ति दूतों से वायरल कराया है। इस वीडियो को देखकर साफ-साफ दिखता है यह वीडियो पाकिस्तान के प्रोपगैंडा मैकेनिज्म का हिस्सा है। इस वीडियो के सहारे पाकिस्तान एक सामान्य भारतीय की नजर में विंग कमांडर की छवि खराब करना चाहती है ताकि भारतीय सैन्य बलों के आत्मविश्वास में आए। और साथ ही इस वीडियो के सहारे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी छवि को दुरुस्त करने का पाकिस्तान का एक प्रयास है। 

शान्ति के लिए परेशान लोगों से एक सवाल है। क्या यह युद्ध का हिस्सा नहीं है? यदि आप 1 मिनट 25 सेकेंड का वीडियो देखेंगे तो उसमें हर दूसरे-तीसरे सेकेंड पर कट है। और आखिरी हिस्से में विंग कमांडर की आवाज लडखडाने लगती है जिससे साफ-साफ पता चलता है इस वीडियो को लेकर विंग कमांडर कितने मानसिक दबाव में रहे होंगे। उनके उपर बनाया गया यह मानसिक दबाव पुरी तरह से जनेवा कंवेंशन के विरुद्ध है। जबकि भारत में बैठे हुए शांति दूत शांति के लिए तडप रहे हैं और इमरान खान के लिए शांति का नोबल पुरस्कार तक माँगने लगे हैं। कमाल है ना? 

India in Modern Warfare with Pakistan

In modern warfare before firing the first bullet you have to win the battle. Bullets are fired to bring the land into your dominion. So in all ways India has to win the economic warfare first then bullets can be fired if necessary. But the problem is that China would not allow Pakistan to fail as failure of Pakistan would be a disaster for Chinese economy (refer to CPEC). So those who think that Atom bomb and Rafael can only do the job they must rethink. 

Since Mr. Modi became Prime Minister, Indian government is focusing on barricading Pakistan at economic level and breaking the string of pearls in Indian Ocean created by China to barricade. Pakistan and China both understand it very well. That is the reason why China will keep on protecting Azhar Masood. If Azhar Masood is declared as an international terrorist, both the countries know that India will move the resolution to declare Pakistan a terrorist state. And if India is successful in doing so, it would a blow for China from which it will take decade to recover and Pakistan may break into many parts which is already on brink.

अब फिर से रोना-धोना होगा

आखिरकार बुद्धिजीवी अब अपने-अपने घरों से बाहर निकलने लगे हैं। सारे के सारे कश्मीर और कश्मीरियों की सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंतित हैं। उन्हें लग रहा है कि इस देश में कश्मीरी सुरक्षित नहीं हैं। कुछ छिटपुट घटनाओं को सार्वभौमिक बताकर पूरे देश को ही कटघरे में खडा किया जा रहा है। कुछ मानवाधिकारों का रोना रो रहे हैं तो कुछ शांति का पाठ पढा रहे हैं। कुछ को इन शहीदों में भी हिंदू-मुस्लिम भी दिखाई देने लगा है। जाति के लिए रोने वाले भी इस दुर्घटना को मनुवादी सिद्ध करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। जबकि इनमें से अधिकतर के मुँह से इस त्रासदी और आतंकीवादियों के विरूद्ध एक शब्द भी बाहर नहीं निकला। हाँ इनमे से कुछ ने दो रोटी अधिक जरूर खाई होगी। 

Rising Inequality: A Cause of Concern

The whole world needs to be worried about the wealth concentration in a few hands. Every measure of inequality across the world is indicating towards it and it has turn to be almost universal truth today by every institution Oxfam or others. 

Rising inequality is cause of concern but such concentration and accumulation of wealth in few hands at the end day would undermine the democracy and democracy over time will turn into oligocracy in which only a few will remain important. Rest would not matter. 

ICICI Board Allowed Bank to Fail: ICICI-Videocon Matter

It is matter of grave concern that neither ICICI Board didn't take strong actions against Chanda Kochhar until Srikrishna Panel found her violating lenders code of conduct nor did Reserve Bank take cognizance of the matter. Although from day one there were enough prima-facie evidences suggesting that everything was not as per the norms in ICICI dealings with Videocon. The charges of nepotism, conflict of interest, violation in the lender’s code of conduct and other irregularities were evident and loud from day one. 

Since Chanda Kochhar’s husband was directly involved with the borrowing firm Videocon, anyone can assume that the possibility of some undue favours cannot be written-off. Though for ICICI it was not a cause of concern at all. Rather they gave her clean chit in this matter on first instance. However such a hasty decision by board was not expected but board was busy in the process of damage control to its brand image. While doing so board forgot it was its responsibility to ensure that bank followed all the codes and regulations. From day one it was clear that ICICI had failed on issue of banking governance. Even Reserve Bank did not find this matter that important. And in this way ICICI Board and RBI allowed bank to fail.
